The architect designed, newly built property, boasts 4 double ensuite villas, in a laidback style with stunning bathrooms with large wet-room style shower areas that have been designed to feel as though you are showering in nature itself. All the bedrooms feature Balinese furniture and your own outdoor seating areas. The property has its very own bio pool for you to enjoy during your stay. There is a separate dedicated Spa area where your treatments will take place along with communal areas to rest, relax and pass the time in peace and quiet. As the property has been newly built, the last finishing touches are currently being put to it now - and more photographs will be available to share with you shortly.

TREATMENTS

AYURVEDIC CONSULTATIONS
During your stay, you will have the opportunity for a private 1:1 Ayurvedic consultation with me where we can address any current physical or emotional concerns and give you practical steps on how to address these both during your stay and once you return back home. A detailed medical history will be taken alongside a pulse and tongue analysis and you wil be given information about your individual Ayurvedic ‘Dosha’ and how you can best keep your body in balance.

AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS
We will have specialised Ayurvedic Massage therapists on hand for you to enjoy two deeply relaxing and rejuvenating full Abhyanga massages during your stay. Abhyanga or ‘Sneha Abhyanga’ in Sanskrit translates as ‘anointing the body with love’ . This beautiful Ayurvedic practice of using warm oils all over the body, is part of a daily massage technique as recommended in the ancient Vedic texts as the secret to a long and healthy life! We invite you to lay back, relax and feel all your troubles melt away during these blissful treatments.

REIKI
On day 2 of your retreat you will be invited to enjoy a Reiki energy healing session with me. This is an opportunity to address any places in your life where you may be feeling blocked, or where past experiences or emotions have been left to stagnate preventing the correct flow of life force energy in the body. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that helps to balance the chakras ( or energy centres) in the body leaving the recipient with a feeling of deep peace, clarity and lightness.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
We want you to leave the retreat feeling your absolute best from head to toe. We will have a expert physio on hand to work with you if you are experiencing any muscular aches, pains or discomfort in your body. His combination of specialised techniques will help to bring your body back into alignment and also advise on any exercises you can continue at home to further benefit your longterm wellbeing.
