FERTILITY PLAN

If you are looking to improve your fertility to conceive naturally,  recovering from baby loss or whether you are exploring/receiving IVF and would like holistic support to increase your chances of success - I have walked this journey myself and bring not only a wealth of experience in Ayurveda and Reiki but also a wealth of other knowledge both in terms of the various routes to assisted conception whether that be IVF, ICSI or Donor conception and can help to guide you through this time so you can feel supported, seen and heard.

Wherever you are on your fertility journey this package (of either 3 or 6 months) has been designed to ensure your body can function as optimally as possible.  I believe balance starts with our digestive system and the food we eat, but cannot be enough on its own. Therefore all my packages include Reiki - a form of energy healing, to help clear emotional blocks or negative energy that may need to be addressed in order for all other pillars of health: Sleep, Stress, Diet and Lifestyle to be able to work in synergy with one another and for you to feel balanced and well mind, body and spirit.

I have a personal affinity for this particular area of work, having been through my own personal journey through infertility and finally having a heathy baby. I look forward to sharing all I have learnt in that time to help and support you on your fertility journey too.

There are a number of packages to choose from:

3 Month. Fertility Plan £850 ( Individual) or £1,600 ( Couple)
- 90 minute in-depth Consultation
- detailed personal nutrition plan, supplement advice, lifestyle suggestions, recipes and more
- 2 x 45 minute follow up sessions (to take place around 4 weeks apart)
- 3 months of Ayurvedic Herbs (personally prescribed for you)
- 6 x one hour distance Reiki sessions (please note these hold a small supplement of £10 each if you wish to have as ‘in-person’ sessions)
- Weekly whatsapp check-ins and support

6 Month. Fertility Plan £1,600 ( Individual) or £3,200 ( Couple)
