NOURISH | REST | MANIFEST is a seven day Ayurvedic inspired wellness programme, a virtual retreat designed to ground, nurture and nourish your mind, body + soul. It is an important time in the Ayurvedic calendar: as we move from Summertime/ pitta season - a time of a lot of heat, busy schedules and lack of routine and move into Autumn or Vata season - a time of colder, drier weather. We increasingly feel the need for more grounding and nourishment. It is an important opportunity to cool and calm the residual heat from summer and find slower more gentle ways of caring for ourselves and our bodies to shift more easily into Autumn. This change of season also offers the perfect opportunity to bring renewed focus to manifesting our dreams and desires and look at ways of taking meaningful steps to help bring them to fruition.
PLEASE NOTE: The programme is designed in such a way that all the materials are recorded and posted onto a private instagram account that you will be given access to so you can follow along at your own pace, either live or at a time that suits you. It is the ultimate in self-care.
During this programme I invite you to come together with me as we create our own community with the intention to nourish our bodies with some delicious Ayurvedic inspired vegetarian recipes, refocus our routines with daily guided morning meditations and affirmations, an opportunity to set our intentions for ourselves and the day ahead. Each day will have different activities with a key focus on help you to feel calmer, more grounded and balanced. There will be 3 x Qi Gong classes with the incredible Manuela Roche, alongside a selection of offerings from me including an
Ayurveda Q &A, a guided Reiki healing meditation, a soothing crystal sound bowl Sound Bath, and throughout the week a series of workshops on Manifesting. There will also be a beautiful PDF guide for the week which will include rituals and recipes to support you over the 7 days.

JOY is a 3 day programme, a virtual retreat designed to help you reconnect to your inner Joy and positivity. I believe joy is within all of us and we have the power to unlock it and live to our true most joyful potential.
During this programme I invite you to come together with me as we create our own community on a private instagram account as we journey into the essence of what JOY means to you. Over 3 days we will enjoy Daily Guided positivity meditations, Joyful movement with a fun-filled dance class, get laughing in a Laughter Wellness/Laughter Yoga workshop along with mood boosting recipes and self care rituals to uplift and energise the senses. Finally a guided Reiki session and Sound Bath with me to help you further break down blocks that are holding you back from living a life of JOY and FULFILMENT.

More About Bianca and Laughter Wellness
Laughter Wellness is a mindful and joyful practice designed to boost and sustain positive energy. Involving rhythmic exercises, laughter, breathing exercises and exercises to create positive energy and emotions (such as gratitude, pride, acceptance, love), sessions end with a laughter meditation and grounding exercise.
Sessions typically leave participants feeling relaxed, energised and empowered with tools to activate more positive ways of thinking, feeling and being.
In our session together during the retreat we'll be activating joy and also exploring the expression of, and dissipation of negative emotions.

Laughter Leader & Transformation Coach
I’m an adventurer, an expert at transformation through play, and my obsession is showing others how to activate more fun, freedom & flow in their lives.
In 2015 I started my business to help others to create freedom. My vision was simple: to empower them to better understand and utilise the free tools they were born with - their bodies, minds and emotions to create lives that they adored.
My certifications in Life Coaching, Laughter Yoga, Laughter Wellness and Laughnosis are just part of the fusion within my dynamic, NeuroPLAYstic approach. Somatic bodywork, intuition, breath work, psychology and applied neuroscience practices are within my toolkit and I love creating and crafting sessions and exercises that educate, boost wellbeing and enable the transformation and experience that my clients require and desire.
ABOUT KERYS
I am Kerys, I learnt to dance before I could walk and continue to dance at every opportunity! I currently compete in Latin DanceSport which is made up of five dances; cha cha cha, samba, rumba, paso doble and jive. I have trained in a range of other styles from classical ballet to contemporary, commercial to Irish, and even Classical Greek! I studied biochemistry at Imperial College London and am fascinated by the intricate way the body works. Latin music speaks to my soul and now I get to share that passion with others by teaching at DAN’S. I am super excited to share that with you too and spread the joy of dance to everyone!

GLOW is a seven day Ayurvedic inspired programme, a virtual retreat designed to nurture and nourish your mind, body + soul. It is an important time in the Ayurvedic calendar - to shed the heavy, damp build up of Kapha from the winter and step into a lighter feeling for spring.
During this programme I invite you to come together with me as we create our own community with the intention to reveal your inner light + learn to truly glow from the inside out. We have some special guests to lead us in Ayurvedic facial massage to get our faces glowing with joy and natural beauty, Qi Gong to bring flow and movement to our bodies, and guided reiki meditation and a sound bath to connect us to our spirit.
Ahead of the course you will receive a guide to the programme, containing delicious RECIPES to follow (these will be based on Ayurvedic principles of eating during the transition from KAPHA season/ SPRING), a shopping list of any items you might not have in the store cupboard and a guide to what will be happening each day and when.
Each day opens with a short guided meditation and affirmation and closes with a suggested Ayurvedic ritual and a little journaling. There will also be an opportunity to connect with me and the rest of the community as I will be holding LIVE Q&A sessions during the week for you to ask questions, feel supported and learn more about Ayurveda. A 7 day Ayurvedic inspired programme to help you reboot your system, take charge of your digestion, regain a sense of balance and gently detox mind, body and spirit and empower you to feel your best Self this festive season.
2021 HAS BEEN QUITE A YEAR! We have gone from lockdown to returning to some sense of normality and I know for some many people it has been quite a rollercoaster of a year! It is never too late to do something good for your mind, body and soul. It felt the right time to launch a retreat inspired by the title of my book Balance Your Agni - which is all about the importance of creating good health through good digestion.
WHAT IS IT? A 7 day plan that offers gentle yet practical and effective tools and expertise to help you implement real change to your body and mind, with a focus on rebooting the digestion as Ayurveda sees this as the pathway to all healing.
WHAT IT’S NOT: This is not a diet plan and will not involve calorie counting! No complicated equipment is required and no expensive supplements or gadgets are needed for you to complete it.
KEY INFO: The retreat takes place online - and you do not have to attend the live sessions to benefit. Everything will be recorded and posted onto the private instagram page each day for you to take at your own pace. The whole retreat will stay up for 2 weeks afterwards so you can catch up or repeat anything.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
GUIDE: Before the retreat starts you will receive a PDF guide for the whole week, including the schedule of events for each day, recipes, remedies, daily affirmations and a shopping list of food or store cupboard items you will need
YOGA: 4 x 15/20 minute videos designed to help strengthen your digestive system and encourage elimination of toxins plus gentle breath work and stretches. Suitable for all levels but not during pregnancy due to the nature of some of the movements and twists.
RITUALS AND MEDITATION: Each day is framed with a series of routines and rituals to guide you and help foster a sense of calm and wellbeing. Each morning you will wake to a new, short guided meditation and affirmation for the day ahead. Previous participants have always found these to be so helpful in clearing unwanted emotions and baggage as well as calming stress and cortisol levels in the body.
SOUND BATH: At the end of the week I will host a live Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, a deeply relaxing and restorative sound healing to help incorporate all you will have learned and experienced during the week. The perfect way to end our seven days together!
RECIPES: Delicious recipes and home remedies to help balance your digestion ( Agni) and help boost your immunity (Ojas) and help the body come into balance
HEALING: I always try to incorporate a variety of tools for healing and wellbeing as part of my retreats. On this retreat we will be joined by the beautiful @sarahdivinefeminine. Sarah’s work comes from her heart and her soul mission is to bring you back to your magnificence. Removing the programmes and limiting beliefs which hold you back so you may align back to your soul path, revealing your inner magic and ancient knowings. Sarah will be holding a live healing creating Sacred space for you to expand your connection to your higher self but also to breathe light into your cells, transmuting toxicity and reigniting your inner flame.
SUPPORT: Regular live drop-in sessions with me to ask questions and come together collectively and support each other as a group and to offer the opportunity to learn more along the way. You can send me questions anytime during the week and I will cover these at each Q&A session. We also kick off the week with a group ZOOM- put the kettle on, say hello and start the week of events with a short talk from me about Agni and Ayurveda.
