WHAT IS IT? The retreat is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their mind, body and soul in a gentle and relaxed way from the comfort of their home. Before we start, you will receive a welcome pack containing all the info you need for the 3 days. This will include an Ayurvedic-inspired recipe guide of meals to enjoy during the three days. You will also receive a full itinerary of what is happening and when.
The entire retreat is run from a private instagram group which you will be given access to before we start. The beauty of this is that even if you can't make the live events - everything will be posted to the instagram page afterwards, allowing you to catch up or repeat sessions in your own time.
+ Each day will begin with a short affirmation and guided meditation with me to gently ease you into the day and right frame of mind.
+ On Friday 14th I will be holding a conscious breath-work class to help calm the MIND. + On Saturday 15th there will be a Qi-Gong class to invigorate the BODY + On Sunday 16th there will be an evening Sound Bath, to soothe the SOUL and perfectly round up a blissful three days or relaxation and rejuvenation.
+ There will also be a live Q and A session with me on the Friday and Saturday to answer any questions you might have about Ayurveda or the retreat, and to give us an opportunity to come together collectively as a community during the programme.
