Following on from the popular '12 Days of Agni' programme - new to 2021 is the RENEW + RESTORE programme, designed to help you make a fresh start at the beginning of the new year.

Included in the programme is a daily 15 minute LIVE Q&A session where I will answer your questions about Ayurveda and be a source of gentle encouragement to help you along the seven days.
The programme will run from a private Instagram page will you will be given access to after your registration has been confirmed. This means you can follow the programme from anywhere in the world at your own pace.
We will begin on Saturday 2nd January 2021 and finish on Friday 8th January 2021.

- 12 DAYS OF AGNI -
A 12 day Ayurvedic inspired programme to help you reboot your system, take charge of your digestion, regain a sense of balance and gently detox mind, body and spirit empowering you to feel your best this festive season.
Despite the setbacks 2020 has sent us all - it’s not too late to do something good for your mind, body + soul. I have teamed up with experts in their field to put together a 12 day plan incorporating Ayurveda, Yoga and Ayurvedic cooking and would love to invite you to join me on this journey this November/December.
WHAT IS IT? A 12 day plan that offers gentle yet practical and effective tools and expertise to help you implement real change to your mind, body + soul.
WHAT IT'S NOT! This is not a diet plan and will not involve calorie counting! No complicated equipment is required and no expensive supplements or gadgets are needed for you to complete it.
HOW IT WORKS When you join the plan you will receive access to a private Instagram Account -this will be where you will find all the information you need throughout the 12 days. Each day there will be new posts and videos to guide you:
- Yoga videos with poses to help strengthen your digestive system and encourage elimination of toxins or gentle breath work and stretches.
- Delicious recipes and home remedies to help balance your digestion (Agni) and help boost your immunity (Ojas), encourage the body to gently eliminate toxins and help the body come into balance.
- A daily live drop-in session with me (alternating between morning and evening sessions) in order to come together collectively and support each other as a group and to offer the opportunity for you to ask any questions along the way. These live sessions will be available to watch back at any time during the 12 days.
- Guided meditation and sound bath.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE - You will receive an email containing a simple 12 day routine of Ayurvedic food and lifestyle recommendations to follow, including tips on breath work, meditation, self-care and sleep.
- A shopping list with the basic kitchen cupboard ingredients you will require for the 12 days. These will be easy to source ingredients that don’t cost the earth.
- 4 x 10 minute yoga videos (released on the private instagram page on days 1, 4, 8 and 12).
- 6 Key recipes covering breakfast, lunch and dinner with further suggestions and inspiration posted onto the private instagram page over the course of the 12 days.
- 20 minute ‘instagram live’ sessions each day (6 morning and 6 evening) these will be saved and posted to the Instagram page so you have access to them during the course of the programme.
- 2 x 30 minute sound baths/ guided meditation: one to open the programme on day 1, and another to bring it to a close on day 12.
- A signed copy of my book ‘ Balance Your Agni – An Essential Guide to Ayurveda’ with a personalised card from me. ( UK post only, but happy to arrange international postage if needed for a small additional cost).
- A community of like-minded people, a safe and inclusive space to support you through the 12 day journey.
